The ongoing National Games 2023 in Quetta concluded with the Army winning the Judo and Rowing competitions.
In Judo, the Army won 11 gold medals while in Rowing it topped the list with 16 gold medals.
On the final day of the judo event, Army won two more gold medals, with Olympian Shah Hussain Shah bagging his second gold medal in the over 100 kg category.
Shah Hussain Shah had earlier also won the gold medal in the open category while Army’s Moin Aslam also won the gold medal in his category.
Rowing competitions in Islamabad also went to the name of Army which bagged 16 gold medals, WAPDA was second with 8 gold medals while Navy was third in rowing competitions with three gold medals.
