A 5-member larger bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the petition against the Audio Leaks Commission today. The bench will include Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Shahid Waheed and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi.
President Supreme Court Bar Abid Zubiri challenged the summoning notice of the AudioLeaks Commission and requested the Supreme Court to declare the proceedings and orders of the AudioLeaks Inquiry Commission as unconstitutional and illegal.
