In the Tosha Khana case, the arrest warrant of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan was canceled while he could not be charged and the hearing of the case was adjourned till March 30.
After the fight between PTI workers and the police and tear gas, the Tosha Khana case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal.

On the occasion of Imran Khan’s appearance in the judicial complex, a large number of PTI workers also tried to enter the court, on which the police lathi-charged the PTI workers.

At the same time, PTI workers broke the door of the judicial complex and stones were pelted on the police by the angry workers, while 10 motorcycles parked outside the court premises were also set on fire. The vehicle was also damaged and the vehicle overturned.

On behalf of Imran Khan’s lawyers, a request was filed in the court for immunity from Imran Khan’s court appearance and requested the court to allow Imran Khan to appear in the car itself, which was approved by the court.

Meanwhile, Chairman PTI went back to the car after staying in the court for some time.
Sources say that Imran Khan has not attended today, while Shah Mehmood Qureshi claims that the legal process of Imran Khan’s attendance has been completed.

The Additional Sessions Judge postponed the prosecution of Imran Khan in the Shahkhana case and canceled the arrest warrant of Chairman PTI and adjourned the hearing of the case till March 30.

Judge Zafar Iqbal said that on March 30, there will be arguments on the admissibility of the case, Imran Khan will also be present on March 30, it is a different matter what the situation will be on that day.
