Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court deleted the provisions of ATC from two cases against Imran Khan related to PTV and Parliament attack case.
In 2014, cases of attack on PTV and Parliament were registered in PTI’s sit-in, in which Imran Khan’s co-accused filed a petition to strike down terrorism provisions.
Islamabad’s Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Jawad Abbas ruled on the petition and quashed the anti-terrorism provisions against the PTI chairman from two places.
The Anti-Terrorism Court removed the terrorism provisions and sent the case to the Sessions Court.
