Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed regret over the Kaler Kahar bus accident.
12 people were killed and more than 60 injured as a result of a bus accident near Klarkahar in Chakwal. According to the Motorway Police, the bus was going from Islamabad to Lahore when it met with an accident near Klarkahar. Barati was on board the bus.
According to rescue sources, the bus went out of control due to brake failure and climbed onto the other track and also collided with 3 vehicles coming from the other track, 6 women were also among the dead.
Expressing regret over the Color Kahar bus accident, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said in his statement that he is deeply saddened by the accident due to brake failure.
Shahbaz Sharif directed to provide the best medical facilities to the injured while praying for the forgiveness of the deceased and patience for the families.
