Indian writer, poet and songwriter Javed Akhtar says that people in India have not left Urdu or Faiz, love for Faiz Ahmed Faiz remains.
In a special conversation with Geo News in Lahore, well-known poet Javed Akhtar said that there is magic in the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz.
He said that the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz is popular in India as well as in Urdu language and is also read in Hindi language.
Javed Akhtar said that people in India have neither left Urdu nor Faiz, love for Faiz Ahmed Faiz remains.
