Karachi: The Sindh Home Department has given a clean chit to Dr. Asim and others in the case of treating terrorists.
The Sindh Home Department has submitted an application to the Anti-Terrorism Court regarding the case of treatment of terrorists in Ziauddin Hospital, in which it has been said that no witnesses have been found against Dr. Asim and others.
The Sindh Home Department has submitted an application to the Anti-Terrorism Court to withdraw the case, in which it has been said that the investigating officer had classified the case as A-class even in the initial stages due to lack of evidence. .
The court issued a notice to the parties on the request of the Home Department and sought a response in the second week of March.
It should be noted that the case of treatment of terrorists in Ziauddin Hospital was registered in 2015 in the case of Rangers in which Dr. Asim, Anees Qaimkhani, Qadir Patel, Waseem Akhtar, Rauf Siddiqui, Usman Moazzam and Salim Shahzad were also named.
