Multan: In the fifth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Multan Sultans have given Peshawar Zalmi a target of 211 runs to win.
Multan Sultans scored 210 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the allotted overs. South African batsman Riley Russo played an innings of 75 runs, captain Muhammad Rizwan scored 66 runs.
Peshawar’s Salman Irshad dismissed 2 players.
Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and decided to bowl first against Multan Sultans.
Speaking after winning the toss in Multan, captain Babar Azam said that we have good bowlers, the bowlers will get help on the pitch.
Multan Sultans captain Muhammad Rizwan said that the pitch is new and cannot be predicted.
It should be noted that Multan Sultans have played two matches in HBL PSL, out of which they have won one and lost one while Peshawar Zalmi has played one match and won it.
