Pakistan won the Asian Junior Squash Championship by defeating the hosts India.
In the final of the championship played in Chennai, India, Pakistan defended the title by winning the final 0-2 against India.
In the final, Hamza Khan defeated India’s Pratt Ambani 7-11, 5-11, 4-11 while Noor Zaman defeated India’s Krishna Mishra 10-12, 11-9, 11-13, 9-11.
Earlier, Pakistan qualified for the final by defeating Malaysia 0-2 in the semi-final of the championship.
