Famous Russian singer Zemfira has been declared a foreign agent by the Russian government.
According to the British news agency, on Friday, the Ministry of Justice of Russia declared popular Russian singer Zemfira a foreign agent for supporting Ukraine and criticizing Russia’s special military operation.
According to the news agency, the singer had opposed the conflict with Ukraine and had also chanted “no to war” on social media.
According to media reports, the Russian singer has been associated with singing since 1998 and is popular not only in Russia but also in the former Soviet states.
Earlier, opposition leader Dmitry Gudkov has also been labeled a foreign agent for opposing the war in Ukraine and criticizing the government.
