The Lahore High Court has issued a written order to suspend the decision to de-notify the membership of 43 National Assembly members of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
It has been said in the court decision that the notification of Election Commission to de-notify the members will remain suspended till March 7 and in the context of this, the by-election will also remain suspended.
The decision has further said that the notification of the Election Commission for allocating seats vacant will remain suspended till March 7 and the Election Commission will not announce elections on these seats.
