KARACHI: In the Nasla Tower case, the investigating officer submitted a report on the property of the fugitive accused, former DG Sindh Building Control Authority Manzoor Qadir.
The investigating officer has submitted a report to the Anti-Corruption Court, in which it has been stated that there is no property in the name of the fugitive accused Manzoor Qadir Kaka.
According to the report, 23 accused including Manzoor Qadir’s uncle were named in the case, while efforts were made to arrest the other absconding accused including Manzoor Qadir but failed.
On the report of the investigating officer, the court declared former DGSBCA Manzoor Qadir, including 4 accused, Khair Muhammad, Islam Ahmed and Irfan Qureshi, accused.
