Verdict reserved in bank fraud case of more than 4 crores with weak woman and blind sister -HP NEWS


KARACHI: The banking court has reserved its decision on the plea of ​​reconciliation between the parties in the case of fraud of more than 4 crores on behalf of a bank employee with an 82-year-old weak woman and her blind sister.

A hearing was held in the banking court regarding the fraud on behalf of the bank employee. Naveed Malik, the bank employee who committed the fraud, has returned all the money and gold, while the court has reserved its decision on the accused’s request for forgiveness and reconciliation.

The verdict on the reconciliation plea between the accused and the victim women will be pronounced on February 15. According to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), a case was registered against the employee on the complaint of private bank manager Aftab Lashari.

Daisy Patlu and Parsia Patlu, two sisters, had two joint accounts in the bank. Naveed Malik was found to be a fraud in the bank inquiry. The accused made Daisy Patlu a mother by mouth, then cheated.

Daisy Patlu is weak, her other sister is blind, the savings of both sisters were stolen and they had nothing left to eat and drink.

The accused had taken the money and jewelery from the bank through fraud in 2018.
