The US Navy has released photos of the wreckage of a suspected Chinese spy balloon found in the Atlantic Sea.

In the photos released by the US Fleet Forces Command on Facebook, officers of the Navy’s Special Explosive Team can be seen bringing the debris of the Chinese balloon into the boat.

According to foreign media reports, US officials say the balloon is 200 feet (60 meters) long and can weigh up to thousands of pounds. Officials say that the devices found will be analyzed to see if these devices are used for espionage or not.

The US Navy says that the wreckage of the balloon is spread over 11 kilometers in the Atlantic Ocean, 2 ships have been sent to the relevant location to collect the debris, while the US Army has also deployed an unmanned aerial vehicle to search for the wreckage. Water vehicles have been dispatched.

Experts say the debris from the balloon could help the US learn about China’s aerial surveillance technology and techniques, the balloon’s capabilities and how it transmits information.

It should be noted that while denying the accusations of US espionage by China, the balloon was a civilian airship and its entry into US territory was declared as the result of force majeure.
