A larger bench of Islamabad High Court has been constituted to hear the disqualification case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan for hiding his alleged daughter Teriyan.
A 3-member larger bench has been formed under the chairmanship of Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir are included in the larger bench.
The cause list of Islamabad High Court has been released according to which the larger bench of Islamabad High Court will hear the Imran Khan disqualification case on February 9.
It should be noted that Imran Khan is accused of not revealing his alleged daughter in the nomination papers, citizen Muhammad Sajid has requested to disqualify Imran Khan.
