The special plane carrying the body of former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf has arrived at Karachi Airport.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sources say that Pervez Musharraf’s passport and other documents were kept by the immigration officer.
According to sources, the travel documents will remain with the FIA.
FIA sources say that Pervez Musharraf’s travel documents were handed over to FIA by a person named Hakeem Badshah. Pervez Musharraf’s passport had expired on January 5, 2023.
It should be remembered that former President Pervez General Retired Pervez Musharraf passed away at the age of 79 at the American Hospital in Dubai on Sunday after a long illness.
On Monday night, the plane carrying the body of Pervez Musharraf landed at the Old Terminal of Karachi Airport, the call sign of the plane coming from Dubai was MLM 567.
Former president’s wife Sohba Musharraf, son Bilal Musharraf and daughter-in-law have also come along in the special plane.
The funeral prayers of the former president will be offered today at 1:45 PM in Karachi, his funeral prayers will be offered at Polo Ground, Malir Cantt.
