In the Senate session, there was a dispute over former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf’s prayer for retribution.
In the meeting chaired by Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani, Jamaat-e-Islami and government senators refused to pray for Pervez Musharraf.
Chairman Senate said that there was a former president of Pakistan, the government says that they should not pray for him.
Shahzad Waseem of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that he would pray for Pervez Musharraf, whoever joins it, Pervez Musharraf made a mistake which gave NRO to these 2 parties.
It should be remembered that former President General Retired Pervez Musharraf passed away yesterday at the age of 79 at the American Hospital in Dubai after a long illness.
In the Senate session presided over by Sadiq Sanjrani, prayers were offered for the people who died in the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
