Former Chief Minister of Occupied Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the death of former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf.
In her tweet, Mehbooba Mufti said that Pervez Musharraf was perhaps the only general of Pakistan who actually tried to solve the Kashmir issue.
He said that Musharraf wanted an acceptable solution for Pakistan and India as per the wishes of Kashmiri people.
Mehbooba Mufti said that the Indian government has changed all the measures initiated by Musharraf and Vajpayee, only the ceasefire remains.
It should be noted that former President General (retd) Pervez Musharraf passed away in Dubai. He was under treatment at the American Hospital in Dubai for a long time.
