Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the national senior and junior selection committees.
Three members have been added to the senior selection committee under the chairmanship of Haroon Rasheed, while the five-member junior selection committee has been entrusted to Kamran Akmal.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, Kamran Akmal, Muhammad Sami and Yasir Hameed have been included in the national senior selection committee headed by Haroon Rasheed.
Kamran Akmal played 53 Tests, 157 ODIs and 58 T20Is for Pakistan between 2002 and 2017.
Fast bowler Mohammad Sami played 36 Tests, 87 ODIs and 13 T20 Internationals while Yasir Hameed played 25 Tests and 56 ODIs.
41 Saka Kamran Akmal will also be the head of the junior selection committee, former national selector 64-year-old Tauseef Ahmed is also included in his committee. Apart from Tauseef Ahmed, Shahid Nazir, Arshad Khan and Shoaib Khan are also part of the junior selection committee.
