Three prisoners escaped from the lock-up of A Section police station in Shahdadkot.
According to the police officials, the escaped prisoners were under custody on charges of shooting and murder. The accused were arrested four days ago by the police from Gandawa and transferred to Shahadakot.
It has been informed by the police authorities that five officials including SHOA section Ibrahim Soomro have been suspended after the escape of the accused.
According to police officials, Amanullah Soomro has been appointed new SHOA section and a committee headed by DSP Arbab Soomro has also been constituted for investigation.
