Bus drivers in the UK have announced a strike from next week, rejecting a new pay rise offer.
Albellio Company’s Unite 1,900 members will walk out on February 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Shareon Graham, the general secretary of Unite, says Albelio Company is a rich company that has earned this wealth due to the hard work of its employees, but the company could have offered adequate salaries according to the expectations of the employees, but it has failed to do so.
He said that Unite is committed to protecting the jobs, salaries and benefits of the employees, and the employees of Albelio will have our support every step of the way.
Around 50 routes in London are likely to be affected if bus drivers strike over pay.
