Lahore court Corridor remand of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry was approved.
The police produced Fawad Chaudhry in Lahore’s Cantt Court under tight security, while he was handcuffed on the occasion.
Lahore Judicial Magistrate Rana Mudassar heard the case while on this occasion the police requested Fawad Chaudhry’s remand.
The prosecution said that the Kohsar police have registered a case against Fawad Chaudhry, so transit remand is required for the transfer of the accused to Islamabad.
Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer said that Islamabad is a 4-hour journey, what is the need for transit remand, go and present it in Islamabad, want to take a one-day transit remand and take it somewhere else.
Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer said that the travel remand is not valid, his handcuffs should also be opened, handcuffs should be placed on one hand instead of both hands.
On the arguments of the lawyer, the court said that you are wasting time in useless matters.
Later, the court approved Fawad Chaudhry’s transit remand and he has also been directed to undergo a medical examination at the Services Hospital.
The court in its order said that Fawad Chaudhry should be sent to Islamabad after medical.
After the court order, the police left with Fawad Chaudhry.

Fawad Chaudhry underwent medical treatment at Services Hospital in Lahore in which his baseline tests were completed while CBC tests were also taken from his blood samples.
Fawad Chaudhry’s ECG was done in the hospital and it came out fine, while his blood pressure and sugar level are also fine.

It is clear that a case has been registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Islamabad’s Kohsar police station, which has been filed on the request of the Secretary Election Commission.
