The most expensive blue area plot in the history of Islamabad was sold for more than 8 billion 54 crores.
Plots are being auctioned by the Federal Development Agency (CDA) in Islamabad’s convention center till January 26. According to officials, plots of 12 commercial and 46 residential sectors of the federal capital are to be auctioned.
On the first day of the CDA three-day plot auction, 8 commercial plots were auctioned and the compensation worth more than 22 billion 11 crores was obtained, while the most expensive plot in the history of Islamabad was Plot No. 26 and a half of Blue Area. It was auctioned for more than 22 billion.
The plot of the blue area itself could be auctioned for more than 30 lakhs per square yard, according to CDA officials, the authority is hopeful of adding a large investment in foreign exchange in the next two days.
