According to sources, Chairman Najam Sethi’s press conference is scheduled tomorrow, in which he will give a detailed briefing regarding his visit to the United Arab Emirates.
Sources say that Najam Sethi had meetings with officials of Emirates Cricket Board, ICC, ACC and Bharti Board in Dubai.
According to the sources, Najam Sethi will give a policy statement regarding the Indian Board and the Asia Cup in the press conference tomorrow, while he will also be informed about the re-establishment of relations with the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB).
Apart from this, the team management appointments and captaincy issues will also be briefed in the press conference, while the Afghanistan Cricket Board’s announcement on the offer of three ODI matches is also expected tomorrow.
Sources say that there is a strong possibility that PCB will accept Afghanistan’s offer.
