Russian Minister of Energy Nikolay Shulgenov has said that it has been decided to enter into an agreement regarding the supply of crude oil and petroleum products to Pakistan.
According to the Russian Minister of Energy, the contract for the supply of crude oil and petroleum products with Pakistan will be completed by the end of March.
He said that the details regarding transportation, insurance and volume of crude oil, petroleum products will be determined in the agreement.
The Russian Energy Minister said that Russia currently has LNG supply agreements, Pakistan should contact Russian companies for LNG by the end of 2023, Russia has a small capacity of LNG in the spot market as well. .
It should be noted that the 8th meeting of the Inter-Governmental Commission of Pakistan and Russia was held in Islamabad in which agreements related to cooperation in various fields were signed.
On this occasion, it has been decided that Russia will export crude oil to Pakistan till the end of March.
