Actress Sania Saeed has said that we have made good films but now new metaphors are needed.
A session on the presence of women in Pakistani cinema was held at Faiz Festival in Lahore.
In this session moderated by Manza Hashmi, Sania Saeed, Sami Raheel, Samia Mumtaz and Imran Abbas expressed their views.
Sania Saeed said that breaking the continuity of any work leads to failure, disagree but disagree as your own thing.
He said that we have made good films but now new metaphors are needed.
On this occasion, Sammy Raheel said that making a film is a process, when the film was made for the first time, it was experienced that it was beyond the world of imagination.
He said that it will take time to build the industry, recently a film was made which is a remake, he saw Moula Jat Deki and now Nai Vaali Deki To Dunya Hi Kuch Else.
Samia Mumtaz said that in Kamali the story is told in a new way, women are very brave.
Actor Imran Abbas expressed his views and said that the film is a world of dreams, first we have to clarify what we want to see.
He said that good films have been made but some producers show women in a different way.
The actor added that I am lucky to have worked with Muzaffar Sahib.
He said that earlier someone used to see Neli, Babra Sharif or Reema, then he would tell everyone that I saw them, now actors are telling everyone on Instagram.
