In India, chatting with a girl on a messaging app has become a crime for which a teenager has been killed.
According to Indian media reports, a 20-year-old man was killed in Bengaluru for chatting with a girl on a messaging app.
Regarding the incident, the police say that 4 people have been arrested on the charge of murder.
According to officials, the deceased youth has been identified as Govinda Raju, while the arrested accused have been identified as Anil, Lohit, Bharat and Kishore.
Officials said that the accused Anil reached the house of Govinda Raju who took him on a motorbike to another area where three more friends of Anil also came and started beating Govinda with sticks and sticks.
Officials said that Govinda Raju succumbed to his injuries and died at the same time, while after the incident, the accused switched off their mobile phones and fled after burying the body in a nearby area.
Officials said that the incident came to light when Govinda Raju’s family members filed a missing complaint and the accused were arrested on suspicion during investigation.
According to the authorities, during the investigation, the accused confessed to killing Govinda Raju, while the body of the young man was found on their identification. However, further investigation of the incident is underway.
