The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has reserved its verdict on PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s immunity plea in the case of threatening female judge Zeba Chaudhry.
The case of Imran Khan’s threat to female judge Zeba Chaudhry was heard in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
The case was heard by Senior Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim, in which Special Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi appeared in the court.
Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has not appeared before the court even today.
Special Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi requested the court to issue a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan’s non-appearance.
An application for exemption on medical grounds has been filed by Imran Khan’s lawyer Naeem Haider.
The court asked lawyer Naeem Haider that why is your lawyer’s certificate not in this case?
Lawyer Naeem Haider replied that we came to know about the notice last night.
