The bodies of 2 women and one man have been recovered from the house in Rajam Sangni town of Gujar Khan.
According to the police, the husband allegedly committed suicide by killing his wife and aunt.
According to police sources, the accused Khawar Mehmood had returned from Britain some time ago.
Sources also said that the accused killed his wife Atiya Parveen and aunt Saeqa Parveen due to a domestic grudge.
