Citizens protested against the power outage in the area of Baloch Colony in Karachi.
On this occasion, the citizens staged a dharna on Shaara Faisal, due to which traffic from Baloch Colony to Sadar was suspended.
It has been learned that there has been a long-term power outage in and around Umar Colony, which has sparked protests by worried citizens.
Traffic from the city to the airport was also affected due to the sit-in. While the traffic was jammed on the Shaheed Millat Road Expressway and the bridge as well.
Police are on the spot to restore traffic and bring the situation under control.
